I lived in Greenwood for a year near the mall. I wasn't reselling back then. But was an avid thrifter. Favorite shop was Selective Seconds. I did get me a new hip while I was there, mine had a fracture! Love Greenwood!

It was similar to being Kilroy during the day (who was a bit of a 40s pop-icon so to speak). I'm sure that the saying hits differently today than it did then. The sweater recently sold on Ebay. Hey that’s the bins I go to! Can almost always leave with an IKEA bag full of clothes! The Goodwill of Central Indiana has recently started marking up jeans like lucky, American eagle, etc so a LOT of them make it to this bins location!
Even though I do not live in Indianapolis anymore, this is my go to store when I visit family and friends, which is about four times a year they all live within two or 3 miles of that particular store. There are several goodwill bins in the Indianapolis area I think four if I'm not mistaken Greenwood is my fave happy hunting

Very different way to rotate for sure. I may have to do a day trip there. About 3 hrs away. I just stopped at GW Bins in Winston-Salem NC on my way to the beach& then again on my way home 😮Didn’t find as much as I do back home but definitely fun to see different ones.

You may have already heard, since I think you have family around the Jacksonville IL area; the Bins there are still closed. I just seen a FB post that they are still needing storm damage repairs done so the Bins can reopen. I haven't been to the Jacksonville bins in I think over a year or better. I had plans to drive down there the day before the 4th of July & luckily I seen a previous FB post that they had storm damage sometime around the end of June. So I was super bummed not to be able to go because it's been so long since I've been there.

There are very few things I have seen over the years and even though i knew I could make a profit I didn't pick them up because they were against my morals and beliefs and for me. A quick sale is not worth going against my morals. My most recent was a book, that sold very well, lots of profit, It was not worth having in my home and distributing to others. I first started selling on Ebay in 2012 and this girl I was talking to at the time was giving me tips and pointers and other stuff. She was ordering (Rhymes with SCHMORN) magazines and videos by the pallet and was making thousands a month. Its not worth it to me. There is so much more AMAZING stuff to find out there each and everyday and I think thats what keeps me going just like everyone else. Love your videos, thank you for sharing!!!

I think that one of the big complaints that G & Michelle "The Bin Pickers" had about that outlet, they didn't band the pairs of shoes together. Did you see any pairs of shoes that had any rubber bands around them? I was watching for G & Michelle while you were recording, bummer they weren't there or didn't I see them?

If you are having that kind of doubt and confusion about the the sweater, we’ll not the actual sweater, but the wording on it, I would have left it. Like you say, someone somewhere wouldn’t have a problem with wearing it, but I know I wouldn’t. Anything that gives you mixed vibes, I would steer clear of. Feel like that sweater should have been left there, didn’t matter that it was handmade.
As it turns out Woody Guthrie wrote it on his guitar in the 40s and was kind of an anti-war activist. There are T-shirts on Ebay already that have the same quote. It was a kind of pop-culture of the time, similar to Kilroy.
Reminds me of the famous quote on the back of Mrs Trumps coat…doesn’t look very old was it a H&M or a similar retailer?

If you are having that kind of doubt and confusion about the the sweater, we’ll not the actual sweater, but the wording on it, I would have left it. Like you say, someone somewhere wouldn’t have a problem with wearing it, but I know I wouldn’t. Anything that gives you mixed vibes, I would steer clear of. That’s just my opinion, which you asked for your viewers opinions for the sweater. I, personally wouldn’t buy it, or wear it.

The sweater is inferring that killing is okay. I may have gotten it to destroy it. I would not sell it even though I'm against fascism. I think ebay will not let you sell it there.
