My favourite wand!
Designed for lootruns but perfectly usable everywhere else, hence the emphasis on health sustain via OKR's +GREED and Pandemonium's +MADNESS (random heal casts) major IDs.
I doubt 3/8 Morph set bonus is optimal (_over smth like Aquamarine w/ Intensity or Contrast_) but I think Morph-Emerald's loot bonus and Ruby's stealing for Greed and the -5 teleport cost are neat c:
