Every female actor is asked to choose between this male actor and that male actor and the conversation slips away somewhere. It's not fair. It's her interview, focus on her, her process, her area of interests , not choose between Ranbir and Ranveer. She is not defined by their body of work. She is a self made actor. She has worked hard to get there . It happens to all the female actors, not just DP. In reality, she is known globally more than Ranbir and Ranveer.
I love Anupama Chopra and Rajeev Masand, but strangely enough in this interview - which was about Deepika, there were so many questions about "how was Shahrukh", "how are the processes of Ranveer and Ranbir?" and "how does it feel like working with stalwarts like Amitabh and Irfan?". Even Deepika says once, "This is about me, why am I talking about him?". Exactly, why not focus on Deepika's process and acting and technique, instead of making it about the male stars she's worked with? I wish there was more respect for her journey.
I completely agree, but deepika does not like talking about her process or her craft even they both know that. Maybe that's why these kinda questions are asked. I'm just guessing
Hi Deepthi, then why call her to be interviewed about her work before a film festival? We want to know about either anecdotes or the craft of acting - which she does actually discuss in this interview, not about her male co-stars and how great they are. It's inherently disrespectful to an artist to call them and ask about others. Why are the critics acting like fanboys and fangirls of her male co-stars when we have someone who is capable to talk about herself? In fact, as I pointed out, she says midway through it "why am I talking about him, this is about me!". And then there was that poll. Will her identity always be tied to these two men she dated?
@@ladytramp08 i agree , it's disrespectful, specially the poll. They could have asked better question if she did not want to share her process. Not about her male costars definitely not about comparisons between her husband and ex.

Does anyone notice her alien type of ears ..weird but cute
pemayangdon74 yet you still here commenting below comments section in her youtube interview video 🤦🏻♂️
S AB and you, i dunno how perfect God has made you so that you can comfortably commenting one of the most beautiful creatures God made’s and commenting something’s off about someone else body 🤦🏻♂️
@@reactiongo4938 yoo broo... good rpy😊👍
She might be boring and politically correct, she is everyone's guilty pleasure. She is not very intelligent but I love her awkwardness, being normal being boring is the thing. U can't ignore her beauty.
what a beautiful soul 🥰
OMG ram Leela ka first seen tha 😯😯
Just suprb deepveer
Whenever Deepika says:"You know"and Anupama says:"But tell me"-Take a shot
My favourite interviewers anupama mam and rajeev sir together..
I watch all the interviews done by you
I was missing Priyanka Chopra Jonas at 18:08 in the Conversation ..!!!😍
Why weren't the clips shown? I wanted to see her reaction as she watches her body of work
Loved the entire session ❤️
Deepika Padukone is grown up so much with time, she's calm and mature. Then again, indian media, questions they ask, they say Indian people are cultural ones, they have no respect for anything. Why talking about ex's when you are married to sm1 else already
Before starting with the interview I know she will be very diplomatic and all politically correct answers, and thats what I'm here to learn. :)
She's an fantastic actor and that's why we love her.
she was so cute and funny in Chennai Express
Deepika is always flawless ❤️
I love everything in her.
Can we just move on from comparing RK to RS??? Both have got their own individual style...and honestly...RS have actually made it on his own...what the media wanted RK to be!!!!(their movies box office collection announces it loud and clear)
DP has made the right choice "RS"!! They both are truly made for eachother 💑😍👌👍❤️
She's amazing ❤️
Best actress D❤️
I am cried a lot when I watch chhapak film and few scenes makes me full of tear eyes. Deepika break down first time look at the mirror with her acid attack face and second is first time someone throw acid on her face and one Punjabi father helps her put water on her face and 3rd is her family first time know malti’s brother got sick with TB and 4 scene is she win the case and police arrest both Ramesh and his girlfriend so last one is my eye with happy tears.
TAMASHA OVER CHENNAI EXPRESS any day. How can they not talk about her performance in Tamasha, just bcz masses didn't understand the film and it was a commercial failure?
One more thing her interviews are boring sometimes.
It's not every day you get to do a Comic Role and her character is par iconic! plus this interview is about her role not the movie!
Tamasha was a half baked pretentious shit
Exactly
@@shubhambhardwaj9677 just because you can't relate, I have a quite opposite viewpoint as yours about tamasha
Her interviews where she has to speak in almost English is always boring... because she always pause while she speaks too much.. i think that she did know English and know how to speak well but she has a diffuculty placing it, the right words... she dont have vocabulary speech...
She is amazing !!
It feels like she is speaking very loudly or is it just the microphone🙄
It is the microphone and also looks like the acoustics of the auditorium is not good.
Its microphone
Yes even i feel that she was too loud.
Shes so cute!!
I needed this💕
It's more enjoyable when you change the playback speed into 1,25x lmao i love her but sometimes it's not enough to tolerate her interview
Thanks,better after increasing the speed
Hahahaha i actually did that🤣
I always feel she get nervous during her interviews and she does not give answer as per the questions.
How can someone be so beautiful 🥺🥺🥺🥺
