What is the biggest reason leads are not converting and which lead platform has lowest ROI? One thing that is a concern would be purchasing leads in large bulks at one time and new agents not being able to filter through all of them so leads can start getting stale. Great one, now I have to watch turning $1500 to $245,000.
“I never filled out a form” “Your the third person that’s called me about it this”. Or they don’t pick up. Best was “I want the price that I saw on TV”. Sorry I’m bitter.
