🔸The lyrics aren't too hard to understand, the artist is using some slangs plus the raggae style is working so good, his voice fits so good, in a few words the song it's about his loving wife, his son and some lyrics about the fate that just crushed him.
🔹Now lets talk about a few of the lyrics, the artist is saying "Im the apple of Eden", so as you know from the Bible, everyone dreamed of biting the forbidden apple in the gardens of Eden; because Miyagi has been through a lot and he was going through something really painfull he's saying that the fate "bit" him, so by this we see that the fate bit the forbbiden fruit that means the fate become "treacherous", even so Miyagi didn't want to accept the loss of his son from fate, he blamed itself, "drinking" his thoughts every night and day, in some lyrics he is apologizing to his wife too because she stayed with him and supported him on those bad days, when he just wasn't himself. He admits that he is in great pain, and every day it will only hurt more.

Well from the title and just kind of the feel of the music I had just figured it was a love song...
