The moral to this story. For the low low price. This watch doesn't spin, it doesn't have diamonds. It isn't encrusted in diamonds. This watch does what it's supposed to do, and that's to tell the time. Mic drop. 🎤
I've just bought thsese watches and it looks really good, I wanted some simple digital watches without balast functions and smallest as possible because I am small and most of modern digital watches look like weapon, I can't even hide it under cloth. :-) Only disadvantage of this specific model is that reversly connected display (black background, white numbers) has worse visibility and view angles, but it's not that bad. It could be even cheaper because I believe that except steel case, it's the same inside as the cheapest digital watches from casio. The most expensive thing here is probably steel strap.
Rag and bone is my favorite a1000 by far. Not worth the full price, but offers the best legibility. It's also not that "flashy" as the other a1000's too
@@wristwatchcheck Btw, it's not about how display is connected to PCB or something as I originaly thought, so you can't just switch it to normal colors, it would need really physical modification of that display. I expected it's just reversed by SW and you can switch it back if you want by some button combination, but you can't.
@@samarchandra07 I changed it for a normal display with black numbers (I bought the cheapest watches with the same inside mechanism), that black display was useless, you see nothing there. I don't even need lighting now, it's clearly visible even in shadow.

Is the irradiance on the watch face clearly visible??mine seems to plain black 99.9% of the time..
