I’d call that more abalone than pearl. On camera, most of the time it looks like a dark charcoal, but I can tell that the negative display is virtually useless.
The bracelet from the A1000 is interchangeable with the A700 so i have the mesh from the A700 grey on the white dial A1000, you will need thinner spring bars to make it work though, white A1000 bracelet will slot straight on to the A700.

I picked up one of these and did a face swap with a positive display. It is now an excellent watch.
I'm not a Casio guy but the border around the display is killer. So pretty.
I had two negative display Squares and i couldn't read them very well so i sold them off , but i did buy two positive ones to replace them 😊
I like this A1000 with 3D logo, the newer version removed it.
In Europe you can get this watch for 80€, which is a damn good price. But I have enough watches and I already own my grale casio :).

I don't think it would. I have 6.25in wrist and the clasp is on the limit before hitting the taper of the strap.
