What has Keemstar said wrong here? He didn't report Ethan's video, he asked WHY Ethan is the only guy on UA-cam allowed to simulate penetration and not get a strike for it, but any other content creator would? UA-cam, in a moment of either sheer terror at the fact that people were eventually going to point out such obvious favoritism, or just tired of being in this catfight between two grown men, gave Ethan the strikes he had DESERVED from the beginning.
UA-cam needs to stop coddling Ethan and just let him and Keemstar go at each other's throats. The obvious favoritism only serves to prove Keemstar as correct in this situation.

The ideal situation would be a free-for-all bullying allowed yt, but since it's not, a person being able to break ToS while remaining unpunished while others do not hold the same power is unfair. Keem is right in this situation.
This is a dumb idea. Some people just don't want to be harassed by some asshole. There needs to be a system in place that clearly protects people from constant unwanted harassment.
Still the current system is too restrictive and doesn't allow some kind of discussions that definitely should happen.

The only way I relate to this is looking at it like I was back in school. If another kid picked a fight with me and got me in trouble for responding to the fight, then I'm going to be pissed. If that same guy acts smug and talks mad shit about everyone while taking no consequences, then I'd be pissed. I would want to make sure that if I can't fight back, he's at least brought back down to my level so we're on equal ground.

While I also do agree that UA-cam should lighten their ToS, people gotta realize that there is more to UA-cam than the popular UA-camr creators. I think UA-cam should simply make a waiver or some form of accountability on the creators for getting harrassed while being on the platform. Cause UA-cam isn't gonna just think about the keem and H3's on the platform but also the audiences that are of a massive diversity in age, race, and beliefs. Plus not every creator is an adult, it is capable of handling harassment if they are one. When it comes to Keem and H3 you gotta agree with actions rather than particular sides.
