my question is as someone who both wants to lose fat and gain muscle i'm regularly training at the gym 6 days per week every week while being on a 1000 calorie deficit per day is that good or is the calorie deficit too much for wanting to build muscle ?
from my experience , its really hard to do both naturally (its possible) , first try to hit your wanted your ideal weight and bodyfat then try clean bulking and its okay to get some fat (1000 calorie deficit is too much and can be harmful for you )
