Just confirmed here something that I was suspicious about. Sepultura toured with the likes of Obituary, Sacred Reich and Napalm Death, not Pantera. Maybe you mixed up with the tour they did a couple of years later, along with Biohazard. On early 90s Pantera toured with Skd Row, if I´m not mistaken. Cheers!
@ Castle donnington 94 you can see Phil on the sidestage banging thru the whole concert, it wasn't a real opening, but they were on the lineup of the festival and i don't know if they actually played before so... the link>>> ua-cam.com/video/urHgGWoG7cg/v-deo.html (phil is the dude with the green shirt, you can see them that day in the link here>>> ua-cam.com/video/pV8Ons6ocVk/v-deo.html
Sepultura went on before Pantera during the Chaos AD / Far Beyond Driven tour. I don't recall Pantera ever opening for Sepultura in the early 90's. Where did you pull that from?
This is Barcelona 1993 I believe. I saw Sepultura in 91 at the Holywood Palladium, they were touring for Arise album. Cannibal Corpse was there, Megadeth, and don't remember the other one. One thing I regret it's that I was so high in many of these concerts. At the time seemed so fun and fine, but now when I try to recapitulate those memories, they just vanished forever, so vaguely there are still some remembrances of those concerts
There is a concert from castle donnington in 94's monsters of rock, you can see the guys from pantera watching sepultura from the side of the stage. there is not a decent video registration from that concert but you can find it here on youtube. You can see Phill Ancelmo through the whole concert banging his head. (edit 94, not 97) And a cavalera conspiracy reaction wold be nice, specially the songs Sanctuary and Inflikted
@@jccasts ua-cam.com/video/urHgGWoG7cg/v-deo.html its a vhs rip, but you can see phil on his green shirt about the Cavalera conspiracy songs here it goes: Sanctuary Live - ua-cam.com/video/GeztjRhDJLI/v-deo.html Inflikted Live - ua-cam.com/video/ph9sdNZ3TIw/v-deo.html
I may be kinda late here, but you should react to Sepultura - Policia (Titãs Cover) Live at Castle Donington 1994. Titãs was a Brazilian punk band, and Sepultura made it insanely heavy and fast. Also, the footage after the song ends is glorious
Sepultura was my favorite band in the 80's and 90's. They was way way beyond Metallica, for sure anything post Cliff Burton. Slayer and Sepultura were the best two live bands to see back in tha day.....for realz.....oh and yea, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY kicks some major ass....here is a link to two must see videos by them one is the ultimate fan made video of all time and the other is just fucking badass......cya ua-cam.com/video/aztXSkqb3L0/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/GcKwPFzpeGs/v-deo.html

Keeping people off the stage use to be a full time job for security crews.....you see ..if you could make it on the stage... you could dodge security while teasing them .. then jump into the crowd before they grabbed you ...it was its own sport in a way...
Come on!!! you are too young and think (and behave) different than earlier generations...we where are like that! That's Metal! \M/ and yes, Sepultura and Pantera were the main bands of that movement on the early 90's mixing punk attitude with thrash metal
Hello Daniel, how are you? React to the video by Banda Viper, called "The Spreading Soul Forever" (ua-cam.com/video/pie8jL9aPZA/v-deo.html) It is a video in honor of André Matos in this 1 year of death. Viper was the first band that André created, since he was a teenager. Greetings from Brazil ! \m/.

Sepultura and Pantera were pretty close bands back then, often touring together and all
Pantera opened Sepultura's concerts in this time

Sepultura was formed in 1984. Great reaction, no disrespect for Metallica but Sepultura is light years heavier and better!

After what happened to Darrel, no one but the band has any business on a stage.
Pantera were a glam metal band whilst Sepultura were playing thrash the entire time. Pantera did not always sound like cowboy's from hell.
Morbid visions cavaleira
Please!! React to Mortem (perú) -Daemonoum Vobiscum. It's a Death Metal from Perú!
