- Watch a 2 legged coyote come to the predator call and somehow manage to hobble his way to freedom from the deadliest coyote killer in north Texas. This is no ordinary predator hunter. He is a living and breathing testament to why coyotes need to be managed. As a cattle rancher and farmer, Gary Bennett has a love hate relationship with a coyote like you've never seen and the only thing stopping him from killing another coyote is the one he's currently putting in the back of his truck.
You guys have that kind of friendship that just doesn't come around often, and that's awesome. Great friends, great hunts.

Kitties have it coming ....domestic cats should NEVER be allowed outside as they just destroy every kind of bird. Read up it is AWFUL what cats have done/are doing! So I root for the coyotes! Now dogs? Keep little dogs indoors or you are just feeding your little pals to the coyotes....big healthy dogs can mostly fend for themselves. Chickens? Just have to spend the money make the effort and protect your chickens with well designed coops etc ....coyotes can't get through steel fencing....Want to free range chickens? You are fighting a losing battle DUHH ...EVERYTHING likes to eat damn chickens! Not just coyotes! EVERY carnivore PERIOD...Each chicken taken there is ONE person at fault ....YOU....cant blame THAT on coyotes ....

My feelings are the same as Gary’s, had a cattle ranch in central Oregon. I’ve seen as many as 7 coyotes working together having dinner on calves not even completely out of the cow and if she didn’t get up right away they’d start in on her. I have to laugh with you every time a yote gets a dirt nap 👍. They also decimated an antelope herd of about 40 in 3 years time. Enjoy your videos 😃

I live in Wisconsin. Same crap happens here. Yotes eating calves as they are being born. I bought a thermal scope so now they gonna pay the price of being here. I love killing them more than hunting a trophy buck. They are a nemesis to us. I absolutely hate them.

Great shots on those coyotes, Ive been a firm believer a good coyote is a dead one. I use to work on a sheep farm and it was a constant problem, between the donkeys and the great pyrenese guardians most of the flock was safe except for one small corner of the pasture they were getting in and killing the ewes and lambs.

Meet fella. Did he say Frisco, TX? I live in Dallas-Fort Worth and you can carry guns in Frisco (unless the business have a sign saying you can’t carry in their establishment...and I will never shop in those places). By the way pigs, coyotes, and bobcats are thick all over the metroplex.

I live in Kentucky and wish they had better laws for night coyot hunting, here you can only spot light with a shotgun or dogs, witch I don’t disagree with because it gives them a little more of a chance and a harder challenge for us but I just wish they had more relaxed night vision laws for rifles. I've been coyote hunting for almost two years, I pick them up on my cam a lot. I have tried calling them in and trapping them with foot traps. I usually uses a cotton tail call. Do you have any tips or tricks for me. I hunt in Central Indiana in Greenfield and in southern Indiana. I also have only hunted at night with a call and lights.

I wish they would allow to hunt in the urban areas, a while ago I was driving to work at 4:00 am when I saw coyote run across the street ahead of me, when I got close I could see that it had some one's puppy in his mouth. Now I'm a despiser, happy hunting.

nice video, where i live in Canada in the prairies it is quite similar to Texas and surprisingly just in the last 5 yrs in Winnipeg they are frequently seen in the city and found that they follow the rail lines into the city and then don't leave and have even been found dead in the parking lot of the casino in the east of city crushed skull hit by a vehicle and just recently have been caught on camera by many people using their phones to record videos of them, worst of all I live across the street from an elementary school and have been seen walking the perimeter of the school fence in the mornings and noon hour, it has been reported to animal control and they don't really do or say shit about and when a little kid gets attacked by one then some parent will ask why this happened and given time it will, I don't hunt and like Gary Bennett i have no use them and have seen them in the city with domestic pets in their jaws , to me that needs to be dispatched we farmed my uncles had just over 1000 acres and during calving season they'd get together almost every night to hunt them we had a few head of cattle so each year there were 100 or so calves born and they hated to lose any and did it same as you the night crew, 4x4 truck lights night vision scope and just wait and they usually did not badly, when calves are killed before they've had a chance to live this predator needs to be dispatched 👍

The yotes are hunting in rural farm areas now in ct. two tried to lure my dog the other day. I adopt abondoned cats and dogs I keep them inside. We need to hunt these.

Pardon a stupid question, but what do you use as an aiming point for a stationary coyote? I don't think I would try a shot on a moving coyote. I don't get the chance to practice that shot.

Either let them lay or if it has a nice winter pelt, skin and tan them. Keep the coat for yourself or can make a little money by the Fur Trade

I like what you say about night hunting. When I was a kid in Northern Nebraska, we was over run over with Jack Rabbits so we fixed up an old pickup and chase them down and shot them with a 12 ga cut cut off barrel We would get a 100 or in a night. We got a $1.00 for each one back in the late 50's and in the 60's. I shot coyetes too but we never had a lot of them. Darrell

Karsten our gun and hunting laws are incredibly strict. In England it's against the law to kill anything with a bow or crossbow. Where England was quite famous for the police being unarmed, this has changed a lot and more and more police carry weapons because of our terror threat.

Anti-hunters, if you subscribe to the belief that we are all animals, well that is what animals do, they hunt. And no - not just for feeding but also for protecting their territory. Humans are apex predators with the tools they invented and hunt for feeding and protecting.
Do not like that philosophy? Fine, then you believe we are more than animals in which case you must also know that humans have hobbies which is what legal hunting is. Whether you like it or approve it is irrelevant. So no matter how you try to spin your argument it does not fit.

I don't have a huge problem with killing coyotes IF it actually helped ...problem is that it does not ...it might feel good as revenge sort of thing but coyotes simply adjust litter sizes and have way more baby coyotes when their population starts to dip ...incredible animals that have population control down to a science.
