- Continuing the slowest playthrough ever!! Otherworld Hospital is AWESOME. The hospital segment took me the longest by far. The new boss fight design was really cool. I love how similar yet modern the fight became. Hard mode continues to be hard.
This video is a bit edited down because I took a while on a couple puzzles, and i died a lot so we zoomed ahead to help with pacing of the playthrough. I also save scummed a lot because i was petty with not taking damage and that's not fun to watch LOL.

i learned that you can stealth the nurses and knee-stagger them a bit too late so i'm really excited to play this again on hard with my end-game knowledge. But learning how to 1v1 nurses and other enemies was a lot of fun, too. The struggle was immersive. My first playthrough was special to me and I think it'll forever be an unforgettable experience.
(I only mentioned this because I know there's going to be people telling me proper ways to defeat enemies, and I just wanted to say I figured it out already. This playthrough is from early access :D)
Actually you can turn off flashlight and sneak past them like in original game as long as you don't run past them or stand right next to them.
I played around with that too but they saw me lol.
@@Runebee best way i dealt with them is flashlight of slowly get behind them and 9/10 times you knock them on the ground in one hit then finish them of with foot stomps Tbh id rather deal with nurses or spitters then those 4 legged freaks they always surprise attack me and i rarely get out of a encounter with them without taking any dmg whilst with the others i can get out of a fight with them without taking a single hit.
You don't need to pause to take medicine, you can press triangle for pills, and hold it for syringes that heals more.

Hands down one of the best remakes I’ve ever played! And The Red Pyramid Head looks badder than ever!
RE1 remake was pretty much the perfect survival horror game.. but I am very excited for this one.
to each their own for me the best remake has to go to deadspace remake that game was simply perfect followed by re 2 remake then re 1 remake then this game its still a great game though.

In the original Silent Hill 2, Maria = hot demon lady. In the remake 3:13:18, Maria = your mom having a midlife crisis. Which is the real horror of this game... Cringey I know, I'm not good with jokes. But yeah, I don't respect this game at all. Long live the original Silent Hill 2.
Only the CGI version of OG Maria looks hot. Her gameplay model looks like a Blobfish.
