Decided to redo this run and I did SO much better than last time! Kept my jog at 6.2 and my hiits at a minimum of 6.5, and I didn’t have to stop and rehydrate til about the 2 mile mark (I ran a total of 3.2 miles in 30 minutes) I love having these videos to come back to so I can test myself and see how much I’ve improved
Back to this favorite run today! This one is so good! The rest/jog intervals are just perfect for recovery so you can really sprint during the runs! This one is a real calorie burner also! It packs a serious punch in 30 min! Thanks again!!

Loved that run today it was tough but great …. 14 mins in I realised I’d pressed pause on my watch for 6 mins so after 30 mins I made myself run another 6 mins so that my watch reflected 30 mins 😉
