@[] The-C-Moon [] You start taking 1 course per term and depending on your grades you can go up to three. I usually go for two, depending on the course and my job. Every term is 9 weeks long.
@@frodocruzintheuopeople8352 So every course needs around 15 hours? Or the total time for 2 classes is 15 hours per week? If not, how is it possible for someone to take 3 or 4 courses? Which is more than 45 hours a week!
Thanks a load for your sincere advice.. For a procrastinator like me🤦🏻♀️ I'd prefer if I can finish everything by tuesday Since if I leave it later as you mentioned for the journal It'll never be done But I'm deeply grateful to you for this video and that effort
Thanks Frodo! Great share. Out of topic tho, what mic you’re using? Can it connect/ link to zoom, team and gmeet call? I’m looking for a mic since headset hurt my ears. Meeting all day long
Ditto. I usually start on Friday evening/Saturday morning and finish all submissions by Tuesday. By that time, I experience brainfreeze. Sometimes, if the programming assignments are very difficult, I've submitted them only a few hours before the deadline. Studying at UoPeople is so much easier with financial assistance, trust me. Or else, you'll feel very overwhelmed as time goes by. Take the financial help if you get it. Please ask for it. Don't quit, please. There's no shortcut here. You just have to push yourself each day. Self-education is a real struggle. Still, where there's a will, there's a way. Challenges are good. Here's wishing all of you the very best!
i have never to UOpeople yet so please enlighten me how many exams , per months??? the whole year or the whole course??? i would like to take CS associates??? or anybody here can answer me??? it will be appreciated...Thanks..
Yes, you have to pay 100$us or 200$us per course depending on the degree you want. If you come from a country with not very good economy (like mine) it is not that cheap. I'm mostly doing it because its online and the education is better than most of the private options I have available at the same price
Yes per course per 9 weeks (1 term) plus ProctorU fee for your proctored exams, however you can assign an offline proctor who comes to your house or office to monitor you during your monitored exams
@@NadineLynch10 can you telm me more about that I want to do that but they tod me that I can not assign a proctoru offline. I assigned a proctoru from there website can I change that ? and how ? Also if I assigned online proctoru how much shall I pay to him ? Please reply to me.
@@user-fv5lv9wn9n proctorU is an online proctoring services, i have no idea how to cancel proctorU as I have been using a librarian for offline proctored exams, meaning that offline is free and online is a paid service so proctorU is a paid proctoring service they charge approximately $17
@@NadineLynch10 hi nadine, ı wanna ask this. ıf someone choose to be proctored offline. how can they sure that this proctoring person is around the student. ı mean how can verify them? are they calling during the exam through whatsapp or anything.???
That's the way I do it, what is your strategy?
