a lot of the bureaucracy is also inspired by Terry Gilliam's dystopian comedy "Brazil". I can really recommend it, but gotta make sure you have the uncut version (cause they also made a "happy ending" version, cause of course the powers that be wanted to meddle with the story)
The bureaucracy is two-edged.. there is way too much of it yet when u need some specific papers, they don't exist because it wasn't recorded/saved anywhere so u wish there had been more bureaucracy But I love making fun of bureaucracy, it is often a joke on the level of that lady only stamping a paper 4 times 😂
You have to appreciate how Hermes' solution to the giant pile of canisters was just to send them all back out again. He's a true bureaucrat!
"What a dumb show...and I love it!" -- Yes, this!

Great movie! Zero Theorem is another Gilliam project in the same vein.
Hermes song is just so perfect.
Bender's "Oh, now I see" rant is one of the funniest moments on this show.
The nutty thing is how smart this show is while being purposely stupid.
Probably my all-time favorite programme!
Leela will get her answers eventually and it'll be very sweet. 😊

Don't you worry, Zoidberg gets his time to shine with an epic and hilarious musical number later!!!
Zoidberg will find the "girl of his dreams" in a most interesting, sweet episode.
This the origins of Hermes hatred for Zoidberg
Great reaction! This episode was hilarious!

A look behind the central bureaucracy, the bureaucratic mind, and a "dirty boy.";)
good timing to release this episode right before tax season. if there isnt a better example of tangled bureaucracy
If you're expecting this show to make sense, you're going to be continually disappointed. 🤪
So many memes.
I am so confused by the mixup of episodes here. Did I miss something? Nobody else seems to mention it. Everything is labeled wrong.
Theyre labelled correctly according to production order (the dvd order), youre probably used to the broadcast order
I think you would love simpsons my guy
it takes smart writers to write something so dumb
How it's possible to be studying literature and consider "The Agents of SHIELD" to be your favorite TV show ever?
