totally agree with you, nothing against air ambulance, but my question is Govt is showing a plane as air ambulance, please do let me know where would it land to pick up the patient and to drop at the hospital. I hope there would be a helicopter otherwisee its just a photo op.

You know the part that I am really concerned about? SkyWings only has single engined aircraft such as the DA40, Cessna 150, Cessna 172 which are usually used for training, You need space for stretchers and an attendant at least, How are they going to manage it with those aircraft?
