My REC 10 has shot out to 800yds using 175gr Sierra holding around 1 to 1.5 MOA with a Leupold v2 6x scope. Rifle is light and very accurate. At 100yds it shoots 1 MOA all day long. Also I have shot Malaysian 308 out to 600yds and hit 18" gong. Not bad for a 16" chrome lined barrel. Very well built rifle. Considered the POF DI but the REC 10 was a simpler rifle and I was able to buy repair bolt parts and gas tube kit. I say this because I'm sure BARRETT will be around for a long time in case I need parts. I was able to get hold of an actual person" Dylan" who took my order and shipped it out very quickly. Great service.

@@jeffstrains4014 Make sure to get you an OSS Helix can for it. That is what Barrett told me for the REC10 with AR10 being picky with the blowback. I am using this combo for night time hog hunting in TX.

Hello, I am a lover of barret and I double everything of the rec7di. I would like you to recommend me, that solvent and lubricant, you usually use for this fabulous weapon. Thank you
For solvent use Barrett Heavy bore cleaner, it works great. For lube, go with TW25b.

I thought the REC10 would be piston since the REC7 is piston and only the REC7 DI is Direct Impingement.

Quality isn’t cheap. Nothing to do with ethics. Buy once, cry once (or STFU)
