What a GREAT scene! Two wonderful actresses with great chemistry. Sad that Melba Rae died so tragically. Watching her in scenes like this I sometimes wonder if she had lived what would have happened with her character and the show. She was terrific.
My mother watched the soaps with a religious fervor and when something like this happened she was absolutely scandalized.
Sad that Marge’s death wasn’t even acknowledged after the actress died in real-life.
