This audio drama has been adapted from J.J. Abrams' 2nd draft of Superman: Flyby. This audio drama (AKA audiobook, or audio adventure) is an adaptation and not a complete readthrough of the script, some dialogue and events of the actual screenplay have been condensed.

Good one. That film was to have Anthony Hopkins, Robert Downey Jr., Sophia Bush, and Josh Harnett, but that never got off the ground, because of McG's fear of flying.
Honestly, whilst I don't think that this would've made for a good Superman movie, I do think that this would've made for a good Elseworlds story. But that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy this audio drama. You guys did a good job adapting the screenplay. 👍

I have heard that this movie was going to be bad because Abrams took many liberties with the Superman mythos, but after listening to this, it doesn’t sound that bad. Anyways, great job on the audio drama, all of the voice actors were amazing in their performance.

This audio drama was well done… however THANK THE UNIVERSE THIS WAS NOT MADE INTO A FILM. WHAT WAS J. J. ABRAHAMS THINKING?!?!?! Clearly not about the cannon of Superman, what the character and the symbol of the House of El, The S, means to so many people.

Good question! The face is from a stock photo. I toyed with the idea of using the face of one of the many actors that were considered for the role but ultimately decided to use a stock photo.
