The XP-55 Ascender is a great plane but it's a little overpriced. This game i carried a 1v5 and i figured it was worth showing.

i got an xp55 1 hour fly time and its my favorite fighter in the game

The THING about this plane is exactly the intense fights you get (adrenaline shaking). Playing allies in this BR 4-5 is quite a pain my man. But this UFO kind of evens it out - and you can win fights like this when the 109's are playing stupidly. In XP-55 it's mostly 1v3s and 1v2s so you learn a lot how to play in a disadvantage. Allies wouldn't be such a pain if they just had patience, stuck in groups and flew defensively/booming and zooming.

He knows who to go for and swings MANY games in his favor. There is a reason he is top 20 in the game for winrate, especially considering most of the guys infront of him are on second accounts with 100 games on them.
When you win like this you don't die, just do it over and over and you get stupid stats like his.
But it's also how DEFYN said, you need some luck to go with it
if the first guy in his 109 would not have dived on you in the start this whole game would end in another way..

The xp-55 is so easy to use it's not funny. I find it so boring to use compared to things like the p63s and p38s.

and has a very small profile so its really hard to hit it

Please make a updated video on this plane, it is so amazing, I absolutely crush people in this plane...but i fly a bit more aggressively then you do taking more chances. it is the only prop plane that can continually black out my aced crew. Plus it really does not matter too much even if i fly with squad mates in 5.7 panes and fly against even jets...the only real problem with fighting the higher BR planes at 5.7 and 6.7 is that it is a fragile plane when it get hit by the higher tiered planes with powerful cannons and it turns into a pile of shit with damage. Plus I dont think i have ever gone faster in a prop diving out at 560+ MPH sorry I'm 53 and i use miles for measurements because that is what Air Warrior was in like 1995 on a pentium 60 and then Warbirds who i trained for when the pentium 2 300mhz cpu was out and was running 2 8mb voodoo 2 cards in SLI at 1600x1200 resolution on a 21 inch huge tube monitor. I actually still have a flat screened 22 inch Mitsubishi 2070 superbright tube Monitor I need to take out of my garage and hook it up and test it because they go for big $ now with retro gamers and even some regular gamers since they just have a totally different feel even though refresh rate may only be 75hrtz it seems way way more smoother and i really don't understand why but people will pay $1000 bucks for a good working one. Cheers mate keep the videos coming even though you don't teach me too much but always learn a little something in planes i really don't fly in War Thunder. Plus with my age and eyesight my aim is not as good as yours but it is not bad. I was definitely better 7 years ago before i needed glasses and my reflexes just are not what they used to be.....it will take you time to find that out LOL
P51, p38 and xp55 were left, I was alone
P38 and 51 get cocky I kill them and then I started a dog fight against that UFO. I was in a g55 the one with 1 mg151. I was losing the fight so I started straight up turnfigting it and my energy retention in mamuvers made win that fight but before I could shoot him down he killed himself

I mean sure if you get it down to deck and turn fight it yes but other than that it climbs better and turns tighter
Try the XP-50. It can dogfight with a yak vk 107 (5.7), and it can turn with the ki61. It also out climbs pretty much everything up until 4.7 except the J2ms. You will not regret it!
@@_lliu3oqppehu9l_83 I do not think it has an air spawn. There are some maps where everybody gets an air spawn. You might be thinking about that. It is still an amazing aircraft without an airspawn!

Why did you say that the FW-190 A-4 is a bad 190? It's probably one of the better ones. More manoeuvrable than the later As and with a similar damage output to the A-5s

Airspawn helps but that gap is closed quite fast

I've only defeated this thing with Yaks. No zero, no g2, no Spitfire mk9. This thing is just making me think more assuredly that War thunder is pure American bias.
While xp50 is a cancer xp55 isn't too good not to mention all P51s and P47s are trash compared to Bf109s except P47n maybe
@@user-hr1uw4cj2z XP55 not too good? The plane out climbs a 109 K4, out turns a Spitfire, reaches 890 IAS in dives and has zero speed bleed in vertical turns. It's armament is also enough to take down a Tu-4 in a couple of hits and it can take damage for days and keep flying with full performance for 5 minutes while burning until it runs out of fuel, yet it still can glide at as low as 50 IAS til reaching the base.
@@kingghidorah8106 First it doesn't turn like a Spitfire and it Doesn't out climb a K4, rolls like shit rudder things are annoying and it cant pitch up at all in low speeds around 170kph also Im not saying this plane is bad btw im saying it is not too overpowered

@@user-hr1uw4cj2z oooooh only four aircraft out of the entire 300 that compound the American tree are -bad- hard to use in prop meta, America is SOOO bad, yes of course it is bad, that's why everything that's not a Grumman plane can sit two full BRs above and still do nicely. I smell you have some lack of experience with American planes. Mind you, I'm an absolute monkey with Germany Russia and Britain having barely 1 kill per death, but I'm around 3 or 5 _kills per battle_ with P51 D30, F8F-1B and F4U 4B.
Russian aircraft are great, I'm not going to lie, but they're extremely lacking when it comes to armament, and when they have armament, they lack ability to kill further from 2km away.

The Halifax?? Not a very good bomber? It's the best allied bomber tier for tier. It even outturns German fighters at turn fight speeds. It's the best allied bomber in the game really.
Idk how it is when someone uses it as a gunship and tries to kill people
But when someone flies it by just sitting at altitude the Halifax doesn't have really good guns and dies quite easily.
Something like the b29 wouldn't be a great gunship, but if someone just hovers around like he did it would be better than this thing for example. But I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to bombers other than how to kill the ones that fly straight lol
