3 Steps to Get Your Painted Furniture SOLD

- In todays video, I am using Chalk Mineral Paint by Dixie Belle Paint Company in the color Caviar to Refinish this furniture. I gave this nightstand a furniture makeover using Fusion Mineral paint over two months ago and it still won’t sell. I’m sharing three simple steps to follow when your refinished furniture won’t sell. Using these steps has helped me to flip refinished furniture pieces that just won’t sell. I hope you find them helpful as well.

Like it in both the colors. Black is a basic color suits more people. Kinda like selling a house loud wide colors... the Agent will always advice nutritious colors.

I like it better with the black paint! A very elegant/handsome piece. I'm finding blues to be a harder sell in my market. Even before repainting, sometimes just new photos and re-staging can make all the difference! I had a piece that I was having a hard time selling. I decided to try new photos and it sold right away!

do you always paint right over an existing color without the scuff sanding? depends on the paint?
Hello sunshine. I know your pain, I have pieces that have not sold. I made the mistake of painting a collectors piece for $150.00, added $120.00 worth of hardware and 2 transfers on the dresser. I will never get my money out of it, but my husband has adopted it for his dressing room.
I love when a family member adopts it! It takes away all the guilt😂❤️
