South to north trip from Spooner Road until Kranji MRT. I would say that from Spooner Rd until Beauty World you will have a bicycle friendly surface. Anything north of that I would recommend a gravel/mountain bike. The north section has parts that I think is still in development. The appropriate detours were taken. Of course you can shadow the GC on the sidewalk or road if you like to reach the final destination.
The free water stops/bathroom were labeled along the way.
