Great guy! I'm grateful for everything he's doing for the animals and how he's helping people get healthier at the same time. I wish we had a place like that here in Maine!
That's fantastic! Keep up the great work. If you can reach out to someone who's been successful with it to help along. And if you have any serious questions be sure to consult with a physician, nutritionist, or dietician that specializes in lifestyle medicine :)
It sounds like you are on a plant based diet, not Vegan. We didn’t hear anything about animals, so really….you aren’t Vegan. We do applaud you for living a life that doesn’t require the death of animals. We will come try your food ! 😀
He's more vegan than someone who says they love animals and eats them and sells their body parts, organs, and secretions at their restaurant. He's significantly vegan in his actions. Most people would have already done it if they would have been told the truth that they don't need to eat animals, whether they like animals or not really.
@@elaineateoate1020 Maybe so, but when he explained why he went Vegan, animals were not the reason. Nothing wrong with eating a plant based diet, but that is not the same thing as being Vegan. The guy who keeps winning Wimbledon eats a plant based diet for athletic performance, but he also tells everyone that he is not Vegan. I am thrilled he doesn’t hurt animals and want to go eat at his restaurant, but according to what he said on this video, he is not Vegan. He eats this way for health reasons. Are you just unclear on the definition ?
@@VeganLinked Both Veganism and plant-based diet are good things in my opinion, but you seem to be confused about the definitions. He told the interviewer he eats this way for health reasons, which is fine, BUT, That is not Veganism. There are dictionaries online !

His truck said no animals harmed here. I am sure he cares about animals and is merciful.
