Absolutely superb, as a software Exec I'm still working on this now. Your coaching in sum:
1. Emotional control.
2. Dress for the part. Looks at people two levels above you and dress like them.
3. Be a calming influence.
4. Use of your voice, both pace and pitch. Speak low and slower.
5. Content, intellectual capability and all the skills you deliver gets you a seat at the table. What gets you to the head of the table is your Executive gravitas.

This is one of the only executive gravitas videos that I have seen on here that actually had a person who displayed it. Many of the executive presence videos seem to be led by people who have no grasp of it in practice only theory.
