    This video is literally the only thing that has ever helped me play this song. Not only are your instructions easy to follow because you have both auditory and visual teaching, you also include all the notes in the easiest way possible to comprehend! Thank you so much for making this, I've been using it to practice for months! :D

    At 2:30, I think the E-G-B (Em) should really be E-D-Ab-B (even easier to get to from the D-G-B) for the tension-building E7 chord before resolving to the Am.

    Well he doesn't use the top 5 notes I think., and also not the bottom 4 or 5, but you could always play a single note instead of an octave on the bottom part. But to answer your question, yeah I will teach exactly like Kyle plays it. I am a piano teacher and not a keyboard teacher so my lessons are always based on the principle of a student having 88 keys, since that is what a piano should have.. If they decide to have a smaller keyboard they will have to adapt in some way.

    You're saying Cs and As and Es how am I supposed to know which one? Isn't there sometimes 8 Cs on a piano depending on how many keys you have??? what the fuck?

    • @Marks_Piano
      @Marks_Piano  9 років тому +2

      Joe Kony Hey Joe, I really don't like your tone, you sound a bit ungrateful. But since tone is apparently your problem I'll help you out anyway. So there's multiple c's on the piano indeed. But it's simply undoable to call out c5 b6 etc it just makes it completely retarded. It's actually very easy as I show the entire piano, you can clearly see middle C in the middle of the video, and you can also clearly hear the difference between for instance C3, C4 and C5. Just calm down a bit, and play along with the video, if your playing at the wrong octave, you will hear it. It's really not as hard as you might think

    • @Neverknot47
      @Neverknot47 9 років тому

      PGN Piano Well I figured a sound of urgency or frustration would get you (or someones attention) I'll apologize, even though you condemn my use of fuck but you use "retarded".
      I just find it confusing as I'm using a 61 key keyboard.

    • @Marks_Piano
      @Marks_Piano  9 років тому +1

      Joe Kony Hey Joe, I always reply to every comment and thinking I would reply sooner just because you use a curse word. Apart from that the word 'retarded' is an actual word that's been accepted for use in public, even when kids are able to read along (which on youtube they are, sometimes my viewers are 8-9 years old) whereas the word you used, is plain and simple a curse word. If you are confused, what's wrong with leaving a reply like: Hey mark, thanks for your lesson, however I don't understand bla bla bla. Instead of just starting to blame me for trying to explain something to you, for free, online..

    • @Neverknot47
      @Neverknot47 9 років тому

      PGN Piano Haha I don't want to start an argument but a lot of people are offended when you use words like retarded, to some it's like the "N-word".
