Been through myself and horrible frame rust on my 90. But i managed to cut allll of it out and weld in new metal.. Now my 90 is in fantastic shape. Also it isnt the door seals usually.. its more the door vapor plastic behind the door panels that does it. Mine was also leaking from the quarter panel windows.. and onto the wheel hunp down to the floor. Your floor was way worse thsn mine though.. Please please tell me you wore a respirator when you wire brushed that rust ???

I dig the "real wood grain" on the rear corner! lol. I picked up an '84 and an '89 last spring myself.
I'm trying to figure out a way to incorporate the leftover tree into the build. Maybe 4wd shifter.
