I totally agree. This is a super hard thing to do for any level of experience.
Making the show more interesting could have cost those men being killed or injured.

I like how Craig and his son act and treat people on the new show. I doubt any crew members would have stayed on the old shows if they legit talked to them so lousy.

Isn’t weird how Craig was the processor guy, but in season 10 he ran the shovel? Just saying usually if a guy does something for many years he sticks to it. Especially since he loved running the processor

There are more trees now than 35 years ago it’s a fact. I’m a logger in mountains of Southwest Virginia, here we can cut and two years later the stumps have sprouted a thick stand back and the wildlife love it.

70% of the worlds oxygen comes from the ocean, 70% of oxygen from forest comes from the tiaga which is generally locked in ice. for every 1 tree that is cut around 6 are planted here in Oregon. we planted over 100,000 trees this year alone. how many have you planted?

They replant the first spring after harvest usually three to four hundred per acre
