I think overview is cool for shorter videos. If you're going to do longer videos regardless, then starting from square 1 would be awesome, it would be cool to follow along while you're writing it realtime. Dealer's choice ultimately, it takes a lot of time to make these videos.
I worked on something similar a few months ago, this has given me motivation to start again. I was wondering if you are going to implement different scans like Syn scans and UDP scans or are you just sticking to regular tcp scans.
