Is 8mm the outside diameter of the metal tube or is that the inside dimention? Also what does the AR mean on the nuts and washer measurements? One more thing, What is the 4 prong circle for? I dont see it here on your assembly video.

Tube outer diameter 8mm, inner 6mm.
AR - as required.
4 prong circle - it is optional. Can be used with 3 or 4 prong.

I try a few rullets. Small diffenrent is a metal spriral length and width. In this kinetic wheel I add metal spiral from this rullet www.senukai.lt/p/rulete-giant-382w-3-m/2hp1
