I was wandering if you have the diagram of the air and vacuum flux of the part you are repairing in this video. Or if you could possibly show the inner veins of one of this parts to see if I can fix it somehow.
hello, i have a 1999 s500 mercedes with inflatable seats. the doors and the "soft close" safe are working but not the seats. My garage mercedes told me that the pump 220800124864 is defective and it is to replace (Stardiag). If I find exactly this reference in a used part, is it necessary to program it so that it works in my car? Thank you
First off Vic let me say you are officially my Benz go to guy forever!! Very informative! I have a 05 s430. I believe this pump constantly runs when my car is off. I can hear it inside the truck, and it kills my battery every single day. not to mention doors and trunk will not lock or open with central button or driver side truck button. I checked fuses under rear seat. what else can this be my friend?

The part number on my assembly is 220 800 10 48 and I want to know if you have any insight as to if that part is interchangeable with any others. Everything inside it is good including the motor but the ceramic pump internals exploded. If you have an answer, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you
In this video I show severe damage. I repaired that pump but no longer repair them remotely. I usually repair them when I have whole car brought to me.

What is the current drawn by the motor ? how many amps when locking, and how many amps when unlocking ?
