HOW TO ADD A CHARACTER TO PSYCH ENGINE (Modding Tutorials)

today i will show you how to add a character to make a fnf mod

To any one having problems with the character error just go to mod template then got to my mod then copy every thing there go back to psych engine click mods paste everything then you should be good to go!

GUYS!!!! If you are uploading your character and it crashes, make sure the xml is in utf-8 format!!! if you are on windows, open the xml file with notepad and click "save as". set the unicode to utf-8 and overwrite the existing xml. If you are using flash to export spritesheets, it automatically converts it to utf-16 so you have to change it. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!

So after I renamed the sprites to “dad blah blah blah” when I went back to Psych engine it keeps saying ERROR:no Animation found

i saved my character but when i open the chart editor and try to use it, it wont show up. it just shows up in the character editor

What i do is the same, is just i animate in Flipaclip, and its the same result so no problems :)

you didn't need to edit the xml tho, there is an animations tab right next to the character tab where you can edit the animations and set the animation xml name to the one you named
