Baby polar bears are left behind by their mothers at a young age, so they must be ready to handle any situation. What intrigues you the most about this ritual?
i think baby polar bears each have unique personalities, so i wonder how they can survive the odds against them, given that they have to go through life on their own...=)
No they don't, because they killed the baby polar bear after filming. They're horrible! They did it because they didn't want competing nature shows to be able to film the same baby, increasing the value of their footage. It's really horrible, but it's a very common practice in the nature-documentary world. They kill the animals after documenting them to make the footage more "exclusive". Monsters.
Bertie Gregory is so cute BRUH you can really tell he loves what he’s doing! I mean look at his smile and how he looks when he talks about the bears, he lights up like a little kid. ❤️ it’s so heart warming
Didn't you a bit overestimate the wolf? That wolf even 2 or 3 of them cannot stand any chance against that bear. The bear escaped just for a piece of mind, not because those wolves were a threat.
You know that feeling when you watch these kind of videos and you have the urge to take all of the species of the animal and take care of them and you know you can't but still want to and it breaks your heart to know that? Yeah I feel you.
@Keith MThese polar bears are in the number of thousands. Eating and killing millions of humans for population control will be a good idea for you though. The no. is at 7 billion

Polar bears have it rough. Imagine being left alone at 2 years old. And the percentage of survival drops once global warming kicks in. We should really start saving the world more, at school we have a motto called “save the polar bears” and we use it to remind us about this. Every single day. Global warming is inevitable, we can't 'save the world', mother nature is doing its own thing, we may play a part in the world 'warming up', but it's very minuscule. Our planet has been alive for over a million years and it's just time, our planet wont be officially dead for the next 10 million years or so, because the heating and cooling of our planet is a cycle. Remember, the ice age? If that happened now people would blame humans on it 😂
I can feel the helplessness of baby polar bears, it's heartbreaking seeing that. In such a difficult situation, the survival range is getting smaller because of melting iceberg, humans should stop doing bad things to the earth, save our planet, save those priceless creature.
The wolves targeting the polar bear. Polar bear targeting the seal. The seal targeting the penguin. Penguin targeting sardines. Nature is really survival of the fittest. And human targeting Mother Earth...

What intrigues me most about this ritual is how does the baby polar bear protect itself while the mother is away? Does it just stay in the den?
