JAVA Furia - Simply D.A.B Inc Resolution Ride, 14 Jan 2023 @ Badak Bike Park

On 14 & 15 Jan 2023, I joined a mountain biking trip to Badak Bike Park in Batam, Indonesia.
This time round, we had priority immigration clearance and it took a very short time to clear the whole group including our bikes. There were about 70 of us. Some came with family. There were 56 bikes. So the logistics done for us to have priority clearance was fantastic.
There were 7 adrenaline-pumping downhill tracks. Each being more challenging than the previous. I only managed try out tracks 1 to 3 (twice for Track 3). Too tired to try the other 4 tracks.
But why too tired ? Riding downhill should not be that tiring, right ?
Well, downhill rides have to start on top of a hill and to get there you either take a lift or climb manually. In most bike parks, you have to manually climb to the starting point. The lorry can only take us to the foot of the hill.
Anyway, I had lots of fun. Can't wait to go again.
