Should I Tell My Child That The Father/Mother Is Not Their Biological Parent?

If children don't know the answers, their imagination will fill in the blanks.
There is no particular formula or specific age to break/reveal this information.
Children are incredibly perceptive. It's best if the truth/facts come from you in a safe space.
