- This is just a video to help you install skins, sounds, and maps. I always found other videos to be outdated or just too long and / or super complicated when, in reality, it is very simple. This works as of October 2024, nothing has changed

How do you install custom gloves?? I’m confused what to do, help would be great thanks.
It all depends. Certain gloves don't work with custom guns. If the gloves just replacing the css hands they will be fine, same as all other mods you simply create a folder for the gloves in the custom folder and drop its content in the folder you created for it

@Runes2778 open the gloves download and create a folder called gloves for example, open the download and drag the contents into the gloves folder

Can you tell me how to add costume sound to a certain player skin?
For example i downloaded a female skin mod and it work. But the mod doesn't have any female hand model and sound effect, i wanted to add a costume sound and female hand model only for this character, not the rest of player skin

Same way as the gun. Create a folder for it in your custom for example like artic and drop the models folder in there
i have tried a couple mods now, and none of them work for me, what am i doing wrong?
the world model works but not on my screen the gun is still the default m4a1 and the sound also
Could you tell me the file path? for example it should be cstrike/custom/m4a1

Yes, at 1:20 I explain how to do it, same method. Just drop the map in the map folder and the nav mesh aswell

Hey, i got materials ,models, sound. But where is "script"?
What are you trying to install? If it's a script for a weapon, drop it in the same folder you dropped model sounds ect i.e the weapons folder you made.

@ArmyXVideoS Make a folder in custom for the mod so "anarchists" and simply drop the Models and textures folder into "Anarchists".
I did what you said for a reanimated pack of m4a1 but it still doesn't work

@Number 4 Place the mods into the custom folder in your CSS root folder. You can have more than one mod on as long as they don't override the other one i.e an ak mod with another ak mod

i dont havecustom folder
If there isn't a Custom folder in your CS root folder create one called custom. Then add your mods in there

The path for the mod should be: steamLibrary/Steamapps/Common/Counter-Strike/cstrike/custom and then just created a folder for the mod you are trying to install, and simply drop the textures and model folders into the folder you created.
