The brilliance of the masters of the art of sevens on full display.......the Sireli Bobo try was exceptional, in my opinion has to be one of the best if not the best try scored in sevens rugby. It was such a proud day to be a Fijian.

Fact: the current team have yet to win a series title and were placed 3rd in 2022-2023 world sevens series to qualify for the olympics. Our Olympic winning teams qualified as No. 1 seed and won the series before the Olympics plus they had 5 consecutive Hong Kong 7s titles under their belt. The Current team are only living in the shadow of our champions and have yet to play Fiji 7s rugby.
I don't fully agree with that, it's just the other teams are getting better. Take 15 rugby, New Zealand, Australia, SA, England always favoured winning tournaments, from the past years till now. Sevens, favoured teams are just slacking off. I'm a Fijian I watch my team country play, I see the decline in their play, really infuriating for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they are now working hard. But, nowadays they can't even defend properly and they find it difficult to get scores on teams like Argentina and the USA.
Argentina are the ones that run the show at the moment, they're long way in front of everyone.A real combination of pace,power, fitness, skills and composure plus the leadership of the great Santiago Gomez Cora.. Bravo ..Viva Argentina 👏👏👏
