You'll need to download a program called "Wallpaper Engine". Once downloaded, open the program and search for a live wallpaper called "Solar system".

Dislikes are particularly useful when looking into advice, insight, or tutorials. A heavily disliked video will be an indicator that I should probably at the very least look at a couple of others too. Thanks for this incredibly easy to follow and to the point video.

Removing the dislike button is just 1 step towards controlling the masses. At first glance it doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you think about it it’s definitely done to control our perception of reality. How can we know what we all truly believe about a certain topic or video if we can only “like” something? Absolutely insane and ridiculous.

at the very least, they should have made the likes a total, with any dislikes subtracted from the likes, otherwise its just stupid putting up only likes, better to put nothing at all

It says a lot about the world we live in that a good feature was taking away from everybody and now we have to do extra steps just to set it up again. What an oversensitive world we live in, where feelings reign supreme and facts and logic are just inconveniences that only sometimes should be listened to.

In particular it was a morning show that got ratioed hard - it was about covid shots for kids and I just remember the doctor was dressed in plaid flannel trying to look trustworthy / relatable. No one liked that one. UA-cam changed the feature after that. Saw a whole segment on it on a journalist's channel I watch on here.

Yep, especially if you're looking at important safety tutorials. Now you have to scavenge the comments section to get an idea of what the dislike ratio is.
I hate the removal of the dislike stat from the videos but UA-cam was actually smart for removing the dislike stats from a business perspective.
You watch youtube for free therefore they make money on ads. The more a video is viewed the more ads will be seen. If I saw a lot of dislikes on, let’s say a dyi project, I knew not to waste my time watching it. Now I have to watch these stupid videos to see for myself whether it is good or not. The dislike stat was a filter for me to watch a video or not.

I agree, seeing the dislikes is a good indicator for a good/bad tutorial especially.
They got rid of dislikes to protect the left and MSM like CNN.
UA-cam rewind 2018 and 2019 were fucking terrible and 2018 became the most disliked video on youtube, so the yt executives got butthurt and removed the dislike counter

super quick and easy to follow along with the tutorial instructions.
Seems the extension needs an update as the dislikes are no longer showing. Hopefully this gets fixed fast.
There has been a recent update to the UA-cam UI which has temporarily broken the extension.
The extension owner has put out an announcement on the Discord Server saying a new version has been submitted to the store and should be approved within 24 hours.
