This is truly great content! the pacing is perfect, and the explanations are very helpful and you even make them intuitive! and your calm demeanour makes me feel like if I take my time and trust my instincts on my actual exam, there is no reason I shouldn't do well. From the bottom of all of our hearts, thank you SO much for taking the time out of your day to make this content for us :)
Thank you so much for all of you guys work. You guys literally made studying so much easier. Attacking passages easier and approaching all questions easier. Started to spend less time per question with enough time to go back and flag the questions I was not sure about. I also purchased your high yield and math guide which was helpful as well.
I heard an analogy once Q is what you are doing right now to achieve ur dream (becoming a doctor) and K is u becoming a doctor --> so Q will always try to reach K
How am I able to do each section while skipping around. I find that on the sample test you can't go back to the previous section if you're trying to get to the next section. For example if i want to do questions 1-9 in the CP section how to can i skip all the questions and it to the questions 1-5 in the CARS section?
Do you have videos for the other AAMC practice exams? Besides FL5, which I see you making videos for now. Even if they’re paid, I’d pay for them. Please let me know. Thank you!!
Hi there, I'm just starting my preparation for the MCAT and I wanted to thank you guys for these videos. I have a question. Should I watch all of the week 1 videos before I watch the Khan Academy videos for this week? What I mean is, should I watch this walkthrough before watching Khan academy? Also, how do I get to the AAMC sample tests? I Googled it and I got to a prep free test from AAMC with 230 questions. I don't think this prep test is the same thing you're doing here. Sorry about the confusion, I'm just getting started with all this and It's overwhelming already. We not only need to learn the subjects, but also all the tools and how to use it; and I'm not even in medical school yet. Thank you so much.
If you want to do the Khan Academy videos before these videos, that's fine but it doesn't really matter. The only thing that is order sensitive is make sure you try to do the passage on your own first before watching the walkthrough. You access that passage on AAMC.org or you can google "AAMC MCAT official prep hub" and it should pull up. You'll have to make an AAMC account but once you do you'll get access to the AAMC sample test and the AAMC practice exam both of which are free. The one we're using for this program is the AAMC sample test which is 230 questions (although they're all 230 questions). I hope this helps and good luck starting! The learning curve is overwhelming at first but take it one day at a time and in a week it'll just be another routine in your life :)
Please continue making these awesome videos, they really help!
We have no intention of stopping in the foreseeable future!
This was by far the most helpful walkthrough I've seen. Clear and concise, greatly appreciate this!!
We have plenty more for you!

Such a fantastic breakdown!! Thank you so much for these videos. It's helping me tremendously with my MCAT prep.
We’re so glad they’re helping!
Peptide bonds cannot be rotated about because they are resonance stabilized! I love the vids, keep it up you two! Super helpful!

love this video and love John's accent! :)
I swear I feel like I don’t have an accent til I get told this lol. Glad you like the video!
@@InformingFutureDoctors Honestly I like the way you talk :')
bcz it has a double bond character the lone pairs of N can make resonance + it is planer
Doing the lord's work
Keep doing these they are so good!
Yes, we will try our best! Thank you for commenting!
EAST WEST ,, JOHN AND MAGGIE ARE THE BEST
This is really awesome! I have the same passage but different questions.
I heard an analogy once Q is what you are doing right now to achieve ur dream (becoming a doctor) and K is u becoming a doctor --> so Q will always try to reach K
is there a pdf version of the exam so that we can take notes along with the videos ?
does anyone know how to download the practice test as a pdf? I was trying to work out the exam on my ipad as well.
Is it cause they are double bonds and you cant rotate them due to them being short and stronger than single bonds which allows for less flexibility?

Great video! Where can I find this passage, or which full length exam is it from?
The AAMC Sample Test CP section!
This breakdown 👌🏼
More where that came from 😈
I love the Boston shirt! Go Red Sox!!
(also these videos are so helpful - thank you so much)

@@InformingFutureDoctors Thank you so much for the videos and the quick response. You guys are the best!
why is the fourth carbon chiral, when it is bonded to 2 CH2 groups?
bcz each CH2 group is bound to different groups
I am planning to follow your schedule, do Ido these passages on week 1 even if I haven't touched these topics still C/P?
Yep! It’s still great practice and will force you to improve within the passage rather than relying on content knowledge!
brb gonna go find out why you can’t rotate a peptide bond
resonance
bcz it has a double bond character the lone pairs of N can make resonance + it is planer
proline looks so funny so tricky
