Dogs and Man have a compact and all too often Man fails to hold up our end of the bargain. My favorite pitty was a bait dog before he was rescued. Never been a sweeter, more loving good boy than Bro. Hated yelling, loved to just be with us. But man, let the doorbell ring and he was on point!
Not only did you save them but they saved you. The bond between humans and dogs is indisputable. How lucky you are to have them and how lucky they are to have you.
I have two rats that act as my service animals at my house. One of them, Remy, is also deaf just like Kinley and he has a slight physical disability as well. Rats already don’t have very good sight as it is, they mostly rely on their hearing, sense of smell, and physical advantages like being quick and mobile. It had a huge impact on Remy when he first lost his hearing due to a deep ear infection which is also the cause for the physical disability. I use bright colours so that he can see what I am telling him and vibrations so the he can feel the cues, to let Remy know what I need in the moment. My other rat Stewart is very protective of his younger brother, very in tune with him, and he immediately started helping Remy out. We often don’t think of animals as very intelligent or smart but that often isn’t he case, they can be trained to do amazing things, but sometimes they just know.
🐶🐕🐺🐩🤩😍🥰 Dogs are smart and sensitive. Giving them lots of praise will make them feel happy and secure. When your dog does something good, praise him a little too loudly. This will make your dog feel affectionate, which will fill his heart and help him grow up healthy. It is also important to enjoy walks with your dog. A walk is an important opportunity to experience many things together with your dog. Talk to your dog, give him treats while walking, make eye contact, etc., and deepen your relationship with your dog by communicating with him.
Animals r amazing. I have a deaf blue healer named “pig”. When she is in the back yard and I yell to my other dog Leon, “ go get the pig”, he will run over to her and let her know it’s time to go. #bonded

I had a yellow Lab. She was something special. Her intelligence blew me away. She was also the kindest most loving soul. I miss her everyday still. This woman is so blessed to have those Labs. To anyone considering adopting or taking in a Lab, it will probably be one of the best choices you'll ever make.
This just a sweet story. How can you not love this story? Even with the disabilities they still take care of each. Disabilities sometimes make this harder, it you have to find a way to work through them support is always a help to work through.
A niece of mine found a ragged, dirty, flea ridden Dalmatian puppy who was totally deaf (apparently a common trait) and adopted her. She taught her ASL which helped her live well. She turned out to be a friendly, loving dog to anyone who was around.
What an amazing family you are with your fur-babies. Your are a very strong young woman who lives life to the fullest. You are lucky to have your fur-babies and they are lucky to have you as their Mom!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful story
We got our 1st Corgi, Boomer, and she added 5 years of life to our deaf senior dog. She always made sure Bizket was taken care of. We lost our BooBoo a couple of months ago. They are in Heaven making the angels nervous now hehe
Heck with the dogs, this girl is just extra special and I suspect that any dog would develop and become everything they could be both being cared for and caring for her! You definitely go girl...
