අපි කියනවා වගේ තෙත හාල්පිටි ටිකක් ගෙදර හදාගන්න හරි මෝලෙන් හරි ගන්න පුලුවන් නම් වඩා හොඳයි. කඩේ පිටි පැකට් වල වියලි ගතිය වැඩි නිසා පාන්පිටි හැන්දකුත් දාලා ගත්තොත් හරියයි කියලා හිතනව. ඒත් අපි එහෙම හදලා බැලුවෙ නම් නෑ.
කෝන්පිටි නම් ගන්න එපා, මොකද ඒවගෙන් ටිකක් තද ගතියක් එන්න පුලුවන් බැදලා ගත්තම 😊❤️

ඇයි මේ කැවුම් ගැඹුරු තෙලේ බදින්න බැරිද...? දැන් ඔය පෙන්නලා තියෙනවා වගේ තෙල් ටිකකින් බදිනගමන් හැන්දෙන් තෙල් ගහන්න ඕනද...? කිව්වා වගේ පොල්කිරි වලින් බැටර් එක හැදුවොත් පොල් වලින් කැවුම් හදපු නිසා කිරි රස වැඩිවෙලා රසයේ වෙනසක් වෙනවද...? පොල්කිරි වලින් බැටර් එක හදන්න එපාද...? මේ කැවුම් කල් තියාගන්නවනන් deep freezer එකේ දාල තියාගෙන නැවත පාවිච්චියට ගන්න පුලුවන්ද...? එහෙම කරන්න පුළුවන් නං කොච්චර කාලයක් මේ කැවුම් deep freezer එකේ දාල තියාගන්න පුලුවන්ද...? උත්තරයක් දෙන්න පුළුවන් නං ඉතා අගය කරනවා. ප්‍රශ්න ගොඩයි, එකින් එකට උත්තර දෙන්නම් 😁
අපි මේ බදින්නෙත් ගැඹුරු තෙලේ තමයි. කැවුම වැහෙනකන් තෙල් දාගන්න ඕනි නෑ, නිකන් තෙල් නාස්ති වෙනව විතරයි. හැන්දෙන් එහා මෙහා පෙරලලා ගත්තත් හොඳට බැදගන්න පුලුවන්.
Batter එක පොල්කිරි වලින් හැදුවොත් තව රස වෙයි, ප්‍රශ්නයක් වෙන්නෙ නැහැ.
Deep freezer එකේ දාලා ගොඩක් කල් තියාගන්න එක ගැන නම් හරියට කියන්න අමාරුයි. කොහොමත් එහෙම දාලා ගොඩක් කල් තිබුනොත් රසයෙ අඩුවක් වෙයි. නැත්නම් සාමාන්‍ය කැවුම් වගේ එළියෙ ටික දවසක් තියාගන්න පුලුවන්.
