- Hey, everybody! I'm super excited to share with y'all my balcony makeover for Spring here at my apartment. I have been so eager to complete this project and now that it's finally warming up here in GA, I was able to get it done! My goal for this transformation was to achieve a Southern Living-inspired outdoor space. Let me know what you think of this balcony makeover in the comments!

Love the Southern touches! Great find on the railing planters. The Lavender pot is so soothing on the table & is a mosquito repellent. Had you thought of painting the plant stand black also so your pieces will stand out?

I would try a lemon tree you live in the south so even if it doesn't Fruit by Fall you can bring it inside.

What material was the outdoor rug? I haven’t had the best luck with “outdoor” rugs. Though yours bring in a covered balcony is great.
Thank you so much! The rug is 80% polypropylene and 20% polyester. Hopefully it holds up well!
