    If it was a random kidnapping there would be no reason to paint the cameras. Clearly it was someone she knew that did it

      @@rigelb9025 a total stranger wouldn’t need to paint the cameras because they aren’t known or can’t be connected to the victim through a visual perspective

      @@rigorocks23 Ok I see what you mean, however that makes little sense considering the fact that they could still be easily traced back if they appear on surveillance footage, whether they're somehow connected to the victim or not.

    Every couple of months the boyfriend/husband/father/brother/son decides that he "loves" someone so much he wants to hurt them if he can't have them. It's called objectification. Women, beware.

    One thing I dont understand is, if the kidnapping and presumed murder happened in Spain, why is he being charged in the USA and not spain where the crime occurred? I understand she was a US citizen, but if a Spanish citizen were murdered in the USA, would the case be handled in Spain? I dont think so.

    So what is this the movie " Taken "...sooooo...he masterminded this abduction from Serbia...is it possible she was just noticed as an attractive woman and got snatched and he had nothing to do with it...just saying...women moving anywhere, not paying attention to your surroundings, with your cell phone in your face.       Well, she was the one with the Benjamin's dude ... He returned to Miami to confiscate her estate - "financial accounts, death benefits", etc. He did not want the divorce because he would lose out.
