Actor. why the inequality.
(I'm not sure if you're joking or not, but assuming you aren't, here are my thoughts)
..That is not inequality...
It's simply a way of communicating the gender of the subject at the same time as their job title.
Equality doesn't mean everything being the exact same for everyone. It means doing away with prejudices against people that hold them back in society via race, gender, religion, nationality, etc.--Valuing people not by certain chosen or inherited attributes, but by individual merits, and characteristics.
Calling a female actor an "actress" is not inequality.

I agree. It's not needed. But it's also not *not* needed.
One could argue that because it expresses not only job title, but also gender, it fills a specific use. I don't personally care what anyone uses.. whether someone says "female actor" or "actress", but to claim that the term "actress" is in some way propagating inequality and should be done away with because it's in some way offensive is over the top.
there is a big difference.
yes we all want an equal life between men and women but we all know there will always be a difference between them.
it isnt a bad thing, maybe its a good thing so we can know how life is supposed to move on.
