What a damn good idea about putting a block of wood under the tank. Man I never thought of that. I have 3 hoses that go under my gas tank. What a pain to reconnect them but now it will be easy. Thank you so much. Next week I have to run wires for a light accessory and I want to do a nice job so I will take the tank off. This will make it so much easier. Thank you again for video Sir.

Please where did you get the ranching socket wrench? Who makes it and where can I get one? I have learned so much from this video. I bought a 2016 800xr exactly like yours. I am going to start basic maintenance this spring. Oil& filter i bought. But I can't find the correct coolant ( a HOAT) on amazon. Which coolant do you use? Any help is greatly appreciated and welcomed. Are you in Germany? I am looking for a local independent mechanic. I do Not want to use the Triumph dealer. They were to greedy last year when I was looking for a new 660. They added almost 3500 dollars in fees.on top of list price of 9600$s .This is why and how I bought the used 2016 800xr. It was Cheaper, it had 4500 miles, lots of accessories. After market muffler( still had it sensor).Givi larger top box,(rear brake light) panniers corsi small. , better than the new 660. I know its 6 years older.. but it is better
