You make a great point about colors. The fantasy trains sells well because of the colors. Yeah unfortunately for those who can't afford new will no longer be able to buy cheaper on the Ebay market used or new. I will check out your live stream when I get a chance sometime.
I am into HO scale, and I model the NEW YORK CENTRAL. So you better believe that there are a couple of these in my scale. The color is great and eye catching. Have fun!!!😊
The Locos look awesome. (I used to HO as a kid and a teenager, and miss it.) After I HS I moved onto....college and airplanes! ERAU Alum. '82 Air Science. DAB. :)
i got an MTH O-scale R-12 NYC subway set (slightly used) ... shortly after i got it, MTH went out of business !! ... NOW, these things are rare - & parts are SUPER rare !!

I went for the Southern Pacific, Amtrak, Christmas, and AC&W. They also I catching, that I had to lol The blue/green color of this just doesn't really do it for me...though have the New York Central from 2019. Good video Ben!
They look good my man, BUT I only run Lionel trains around the Christmas tree (usually 3 loops). The cost doesn't equal 3-4 weeks of running. Have fun 👍🏼

That is a beautiful engine, however for the money they charge, I would like a little more detail. Example ...these are much better looking and have more detail than there anniversary set...go figure. I have a Lionel legacy Santa Fe #19 with impeccable detail.
If there is sound in each locomotive the sounds must be distinct, or they will mute or cancel each other out. Someone at Lionel will have to record and edit more audio of real E8 s.
Lionel has done this before. I’ve got a Santa Fe F3 A-B-B-A set from 2018. The powered A and powered B both have the same sound set (the Superbass B has a totally different sound set) but they tuned the two differently/slightly different pitches so there wouldn’t be that resonance. The set sounds fantastic.
