Tarrant County allows the defense to present evidence to a grand jury. I think you’re right about the attorneys for the prosecution just not wanting to go to court.

Knew… or looked the other way because teams in the league know there’s a subset of athletes who are into massage related additional services and they let it go because normally it isn’t this excessive with so many individuals involved…

With the salaries these guys are getting now I'd never give a contract without a morality clause. Plain and simple. I've never been in love with ownership but they need to cover their asses. As for Watson he needed to heed the mechanic's warning: You can pay me know or pay me later. Those $100,000 settlements are way in his taillights now.

That's going to be tough to do, especially in a sport like the NFL morals are only good by those who follow it and believe in them. In reality, this is a personal matter. It's not an NFL matter, but the NFL care so much about how people view them that they made it a problem for them

I don’t want to be too harsh, but Simms always just agrees, repeats himself or whatever Mike just said, and then says “I really do” whenever he starts a thought. It’s not a discussion it’s just breaths between Mike monologuing.
