Hi Rob. I love to see the change of season over there. We don’t get that much here where I live. Good old England. Rain and more rain. Great place to have a cook out. Meals look good. I enjoy your videos. Keep them coming. Have a good week. 🏕
I'm feeling that no sun and gloomy bit. We've had so much nonstop rain that it's starting to feel like I'm in the UK myself 😂 glad you got to get out to the enclosure again. The food looked lovely, I just wish we could get those Wayfayrer meals here for a decent price. They seem loads better than the ones I can get where I am.
The wayfarer meals are quite expensive over here too. But they are useful for hiking because they are flat, no bulky can. Like army MRE’s. They’re not cheap either.
As ever another great cook out Rob and i Know the location but I wont reveal it. it is a great spot and like you said the changes with the leaves and that chocolate pudding looked lovely. loved the fireworks as well your catherine wheel was tops and nice to see Mrs RTR in the video. thanks for all your videos and look forward to the next one.
Great vid and I totally agree with the sight and smell test. I hate to think how much food is thrown away due to arbitrary dates shops use to cover their own arses. You might want to put some kind of "at your own risk" thing on the vid though because some idiot might try to eat the packaging and say "RTR said it was fine!"
I guess shops do have to cover their arses when it comes to dates. People might blame the shop even if it wasn’t the products that cause an illness. First place I go when I do the shop at Asda is the reduced section. There’s stuff there sometimes you know will be ok for a while longer.

Autumn is my favourite season. It’s weird though. Even with all this heavy cloud cover there’s been no rain.
cracking as always MrRTR, enclosure still doing well 👍 they say MRE's are good for a few years past date 👌
Yeah the enclosure is still standing. I wonder if it was built by the same people that started the new build close by.
Afternoon Rob. It's grey cold dull and damp up in Yorkshire as well.. Good to see you back out In the woods again. Thanks for sharing atb sam 👍
Cheers Sam. I think the sun is supposed to come out tomorrow. Who knows.

Hi Rob enjoyed the video, Wayfarer meals are good. It's gloomy in Devon as well.
Thanks mate. Yeah skies have been solid gray for ages. I don’t mind it though.

Cheers Natalie. I love the woodland. Have for over 30 years. Those meals are pretty tasty for what they are. Even 2 years out of date.

@robtheroverI always go for the yellow sticker section first too!
Great video Mate 👍 was the date best before or use by ? When I was in the army, they gave us 1940 rations with sticky spangles sweets in them 😂
They are best before dates. Spangles? Is that the same sweets we used to have in the 70’s? I loved them.
its been very gloomy in Cornwall as well
@@LezleysAdventures not much rain either. Sorry I meant to give you a shout out. Next time.
@@robtherover no worries, yeah more mist than rain
@robtheroverThis featureless weather is getting boring now!
