Your video is making me second guess my pricing and pick up strategy. You are selling for cheaper prices than many recommend but it seems to be working for you.
I stopped going to platos closet since they mark up items close to what they will sell for but i was only going there for Shoes before i got into clothing.
Hey Taylor, Im going on vacation soon and had a question about the time away mode, I know you can set it to be able to sell items while you are gone, can you also list items from you draft bank while you are gone each day as well. Thanks
Does anyone know why buyers can select their shipping choice when they buy from me? I've been having ship priority when I'd rather do ground advantage, but it sometimes it says "buyer selected" for priority mail. I've been wasting money..
I'd say if you have a shipping policy made then you should be good. I'll tell this though, even if they select priority I doubt they will make a fuss if it's shipped ground advantage. But I'd check your policy to make sure.
Hello Sean. Please tell me if my item weighs, for example, 1lb 13 oz and this weight is indicated in the listing, and the buyer chose Ground Advantage delivery (paid $7.16), since in my delivery policy there are 2 options to choose from (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail , calculated shipping), then what should you do in such a situation, choose Priority Mail (with a higher price) or can you print the label as generated by eBay (as the buyer chose -Ground Advantage)? I'm somehow confused. Please tell me.
I think you’re supposed to go with what the buyer chose. You could bulk edit your listing to have just one policy moving forward. I try and ship the cheapest way possible 😂
@@TaylorExchange Thanks Sean. in fact, the buyer chose the cheapest price for me, it’s beneficial for me. I just don’t quite understand, if, as far as I know, the weight of the parcel is more than 1 lb, then it should be sent only by Priority, and my parcel comes out more than 1lb, but the buyer chooses Ground. It turns out that if the buyer chose this, then I can still send via Ground, and it doesn’t matter that the parcel weighs more than 1lb?
@@natagertsen318 I’ve been using 13x10x1 for items over a lb to go the cubic rate. Big Yumbo, Caleb Sells, and Bryan Ronning have been talking about that. I looked it up and it seems to be the right way to go about items over 1 lb
I saw some True Religion pants for kids ... but it's made in China, I tend to stay away from anything that's made in China due to possible counterfeits ... Question: which country are True Religion jeans usually manufactured at? Also ... today I saw a bunch of Reebok Splashzone work boots for women (over 20 of them) ... brand new w/ tags, but I know that's an walmart brand so I didn't pick them up even though it's 75% off ... ($50 x .25 = $12.5 cost) they had sold over ebay for about $30 (used) ... so I'm having 2nd thoughts about it ... should I pick them up?
No it was never a true store, it was a first floor office I tried to market as a bst store and it didn’t work all that well. I do tell people that I do buy outs and occasionally I get people who call. An actual retail space involves a lot of money, effort, and time on site to make successful.

hey Taylor when are we getting more thrifting videos? we miss it
Because you asked, I will work on one. 👍
Crazy how i can learn a new brands just watching different youtuber videos..Im definitely looking out for trohy club and bear bottoms

Hi Sean I used your Jiaro link to get bags and sent your link to whatnot chat I was in so I hope you see an up kick in those kickbacks😊
Very cool, thanks 👍

It only works if you have tons of items and are paying little for those items.
Why don’t you use your phone on desktop mode on the website to pull your orders with instead of having to walk back-and-forth to look at the monitor?
That’s a good idea, I typically have a cart and tablet but I suppose I could just use the phone.
Missed opportunity. To get past paying fees on baggage you just have to put all the thrifted clothes on. 10 layers thick then get on the plane. 😂
Hahaha no doubt.

I hear that, it can be tough to find anything from their stores.

Do you have a video on how you prep and store your items
No, but I don't have a back log of items.
Everything sourced each week gets photographed.
What size poly mailers do you use for your shirts and shorts? Thanks in advance
10x13 check out the Jiaropack link 👍
Do you promote all your listings at 10%, no matter the brand and the sell through rate?
Yes 👍
Trying this method for a few months maybe the whole year.

Idk where authentic True Religion jeans are made.
I’d definitely pass on those boots.
@@TaylorExchange cool, thx ^^
I made 6 sales in a week during time away. I was kinda surprised
Thats good, ya with how quick shipping is I’m surprised people were ok waiting a week for their item.
