I actually believe this. Sometimes, if I close my eyes hard enough and for long enough, I also start to see vivid shapes and colors, and I think it's way easier to recreate that than it might look here

I've been getting into meditation lately and I always do it in the dark with my eyes closed while listening to white noise. And after 15 minutes I feel similar effects (sensations in my body, skewed perception of time, random thoughts...), but Im always just feeling happy and calm. Like I never get anxious. I just sit there in peace hahaha...

Hard drugs do not help you, trust. Only mediation or natural remedies do.
@@NoodleBomber I wouldn't consider acid a hard drug. It's actually one of the safest drugs to abuse. It's alot like shrooms which were sometimes used for curing mental disorders. Acid can help you on much higher level then meditation. But both practices work.

When I did this myself, I started hearing demons whispering into my ears and chukling. I also started feeling very uncomfortable presense around me. Like some dark entitiy was standing over me in my room. This was like 5 minutes in. I had to stop. I'm never doing this again, the most terryfing experience I've ever had in my life

The shapes and patterns you see are called phosphenes, you see them when you close your eyes and is caused by electrical charges in our retinas. It works better when you apply pressure to your eyes when closed
I love doing that before going to bed. It clears my mind quickly.

do it in a haunted location with jay yeahhh , you know what , you should try the Estes method instead of this , its same concept , you can't hear or see anything , but instead of white noises , you have radio frequencies , jay asks questions , and you , not hearing what jay says , you say what you hear trough the headphones from the radio frequencies , and see if the answers make sense , it like a way of communication with entities or ghost , spirits whatever you wanna call them
