I mean the commercial is a little corny, but it's a good start to a robot. I mean people are complaining that at which robots could clean my stairs too

The answer would be yes. 😃 With a suction power of 9700 Pa and the ability to use both bristles and rubber roller brushes, the Ascender effortlessly tackles vacuuming carpets easily, including stairs. More related videos will be released soon.
Funny video :) love that. So this could climb stairs, and also absorb liquid too? Does it wash the floor too? And the base, is it an auto clean auto empty base?
Very interested - but can it handle stairs that turn? Our stair turn 180-degrees between the floors and only the inner parts have full depth steps. Would it detect that it is on "the narrow side" (only 10cm) and slide towards the wider? What would the minimial depth of step for it be?
Any ideas what it will cost and when it will hit kickstarter? Looks awesome. And what time frames you thinking? I was just about to buy another one but you've peaked my curiousity.....
Unfortunately we haven't tested tasseled carpet in our lab environment. It is not very common. AFAIK, you probably need to set a no-go zone in this case.
Are you honestly saying that having a rug with tassels running along the ends is "...not very common..."? OK, well, if I can set a "no go zone", that would be OK I supppose.
It appears that tasseled carpets are more prevalent than we initially anticipated. Fortunately, our AI algorithms are equipped for segmentation tasks, enabling Ascender to identify not just carpets but their tassels as well. While we're not guaranteeing this feature (tassel detection and avoidance) at the moment, there's potential for it to be added in the future through an OTA (Over-The-Air) update.
Hi, thanks for your inquiry. While real-time video isn't a feature of our upcoming Kickstarter campaign, we're aiming to introduce it through an OTA update by the year's end. However, it's important to mention that this feature will be made available only with the customer's explicit consent to data upload.
Yes, it operates efficiently at night, thanks to its Lidar-based navigation and the ambient light strip that illuminates the surroundings. However, are you certain you'd prefer it to run while you're sleeping? After all, it does generate some noise.
sleep is a great time, that way you wake up to a clean house in the morning. I sleep through a loud dreame every night by just closing off my bedroom@@MigoRobotics
I had an early meeting with our engineering team today. Integrating with the house's central vacuum system is quite simple, requiring just a minor modification to the dock. However, we're nearly done with our marketing materials for the Kickstarter campaign, so this feature won't be highlighted there. Keep an eye out for more updates!
This video reeks of corny kickstarter promo video... Completely unecessary if you have an innovative product like this that works. Could have saved quite a few $
I don’t think I have ever wanted a vacuum more in my life.😍

Being able to do stairs is a big plus.
Incredibly cool. I wish I had stairs in my apartment just to need buying it...
You can check the details on Kickstarter, and the link is in the video description below.
Show us more of its staircase climbing and cleaning capability.
More videos will be released in the coming 24 horus.
why does it have sidebrushes in that place? theyre made for corners and stuff it would be much better for them to be in the corners of the robot
@@meandmyfish5353 Feedback from our engineering team: There is not enough space at the front end of the "leg" of Ascender.
Looks promising! Can't wait to try it out.

NOBODY should move.... Except... ASCENDER ⭐💪✨💫

Thanks! We will start 3-rd party review invitation this April. Stay tuned.
Bro.... Call me skeptical but this video doesn't look right
Will Ascender also clean the stairs?
its incredable animation presentation.
which company designed and created this animation movie?
Need this , only if it vacuums carpeted stairs !

Yes, please check our Kickstarter page for more details. Ascender is designed to handle different types of stairs.

Hi, thank you for your interest! Our campaign will launch soon on Kickstarter! Please sign up and stay tuned!
..why did i think this was a robot vacuum with security camera capabilities? 😅🙃🥲
Previously owned robot vacuum, but rugs with tassled edges always got chewed up and stopped the vacuums. will this still happen with yours?

I actually liked the video. just the music was very loud and the voice actor was obviously not a native English speaker
Does it sweep/vacuum the stair steps, or just climb them?
Yes, please check @4:15 of the newest video in our channel. Note that it only sweeped the first floor and we skip the rest to save time.
Yes, Ascender looks like a great product. Does it have a camera on it to view what it's doing? Does it perform at night when people are sleeping?

i already bought a smart vacuum for each floor but i don't have a vacuum that will clean the stairs itself
You can check the details on Kickstarter, and the link is in the video description below.
Those some big borders on the sides
With lateral movement capability, Ascender is still the best edge cleaning machine :)
Not the Tesla roomba 💀
If it can ascend, can it descend too?
Ascender can clean multiple floors by climbing stairs up or down. Going down the stairs is simply the reverse process of going up.
If this came with a way to connect to a central vac, I’d be the first to back it. 💯

Something cannot be "more aesthetic." It can have "an aesthetic"
It can certainly be “more aesthetically pleasing”
PS5 has a vacuum mode?
robot: 😎
video idea: 🙂
sound design: 😬
Oh my god yes.... I was watching with headphones on, I feel like I've been assaulted
Too bad its cancelled....
The music is an atonal mess

Too much gimmick toys whatever they had.
It literally is a corny Kickstarter video. :)
Shutup
I liked it wtf
Sell it to market, don't talk too much!
